Stars were amazing. The concert was beautiful.
I picked up Meagan and we drove down, had a drink at the restaurant portion of Sundance (or club one, I don't know) and walked over to the club.
Hey Rosetta opened, they weren't bad. They sound a lot like Arcade Fire, I feel.
But the crowd loved them, so that's cool.
Stars had a beautiful set; white roses littered amongst the amplifiers, instruments and stands. Evan walked out on stage and placed about 4 dozen roses amongst the white roses. They walked out and played an amazing set, throwing out roses as the night went on. They would also update the crowd every fifteen or so minutes on the election results as they were tabulated. '140 for the democrats and 72 for that old, dirty man'!
The place went up when they announced the winner. It was a great night, I loved it.
Girlfriend's birthday is Monday, I have all her gifts wrapped up now, I think. Some finishing touches to do.
She's sick so I'm going to make her some soup. I just gave her a sick mixed cd, hopefully she enjoys is.

Strength is overcoming it all.
